1. Summary
- We use one opt-in standard for every visitor, wherever you are.
- Only the small number of technologies the website needs to work securely are always on.
- Analytics and session replay stay off until you switch them on. Nothing optional loads before you choose.
- We do not use advertising, retargeting, cross-site tracking or social media cookies or pixels.
- Rejecting optional cookies never limits what you can see or do on our website.
- You can change your mind at any time using "Cookie settings" in the footer of every page.
This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on lewinnovation.com, why we use them and how you control them. It should be read with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information more generally.
2. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files a website saves in your browser. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage and IndexedDB, which let a website save information in your browser in a comparable way, and scripts or embedded frames that read information from your device. In this policy we call all of them "cookies".
- First-party cookies are set by lewinnovation.com.
- Third-party cookies are set by another organisation's domain.
- Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies stay for a set period or until you delete them.
3. Categories we use

We do not use any other category. If we ever want to add one, we will update this policy, change its version number and ask for your consent again before anything new runs.

Mixpanel processes analytics and session replay data in the European Union under our EU data residency arrangement. All other data handling is explained in the Privacy Policy.
What analytics and session replay collect
With your consent, Mixpanel receives:
- pages viewed, links and buttons clicked, and how far you scroll;
- when you click to book a consultation or contact us;
- the referring website or campaign link that brought you here;
- device type, browser, operating system and screen size; and
- approximate location (city or country), derived from your IP address.
Session replay records page structure and interactions, not your keystrokes. All text you type into forms is masked in your browser and is never recorded. We do not use analytics or session replay to identify you, and we do not combine this data with information from other websites.
Third-party websites we link to
Links to LinkedIn, client websites and other sites take you off our website. Those sites may set their own cookies under their own policies. We do not embed any third-party social media, video or scheduling scripts on lewinnovation.com.
5. Your choices
Our cookie banner
On your first visit, a banner gives you equal Accept all and Reject all buttons, plus Manage preferences so you can choose category by category. If you close the banner without choosing, we treat it as Reject all.
Changing your mind
Use "Cookie settings" in the footer of any page, or the button below, at any time. Withdrawing consent takes one click and is as easy as giving it. When you switch analytics off, we stop Mixpanel immediately and delete the mp_ storage it created in your browser.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as Reject all. You can still choose to switch analytics on yourself.
Browser settings
You can also block or delete cookies and site storage in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary storage means we cannot remember your choice, so the banner will appear again, and our forms may not be able to complete the security check.
6. Our consent records
To show that we respect your choice, each time you make or change a decision we keep a short record: a random identifier, the policy version, the categories accepted or refused, whether a GPC signal was present, the date and time, and the page you were on. We do not store your IP address, email or browser details in this record. It is stored in Australia and deleted automatically after 24 months.

8. Changes to this policy
We review this policy whenever we change a provider, add a cookie or change how one is used, and at least once a year. Every change gets a new version number. If the change affects what you agreed to, the banner will appear again and ask for your choice before anything new runs.
