The challenge
Hearsay came to us with a platform it had inherited from a previous build that wasn’t built correctly. It didn’t reflect the founder’s vision, and it wasn’t secure, private or scalable enough for the business to grow on.
What we did
- Assessed the inherited codebase and infrastructure and explained the findings in plain English.
- Worked side by side with the founder to turn the product vision into a clear architecture and roadmap.
- Completely re-architected the platform so it matched the vision and was secure, private and scalable by design.
- Became the founder’s technical team, owning delivery from plan to production.
