The challenge
New parents have questions at all hours, and many of them are health questions. The brand wanted to give parents structured learning and real access to qualified nurses, in one trusted place.
What we did
Built the parenting school eLearning platform with courses for each stage of a child’s early life.
Privacy and security
Conversations with nurses can include sensitive information about children. We kept data collection minimal, restricted nurse access to the conversations assigned to them, and protected member data in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
We'd like to use Mixpanel, with data stored in the EU, to understand how people use our site and to record session replays where all text and form entries are hidden. We don't use advertising or social media trackers, and nothing is collected until you choose. Cookie policy · Privacy policy
