The challenge
General dentists needed on-demand access to specialist orthodontists: a simple way to submit patient records, receive a detailed diagnosis and treatment plan, and book live expert support during real appointments.
What we did
- Built the practitioner dashboard where dentists submit patient records, including clinical photos and radiographs.
- Built the treatment plan workflow so specialists can review cases and publish a diagnosis and step-by-step plan back to the dentist.
- Built booking for live expert video consultations, linked to each case.
- Built service purchasing for the different consultation and planning packages.
Privacy and security
Patient records and radiographs are sensitive health information. Access is limited to the treating dentist and assigned specialists, data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and case activity is logged.
