Our client runs patient support programs for leading global pharmaceutical and biotech companies. We built them a white-label platform that lets them rapidly roll out patient support and HCP support systems for each pharma client, across multiple countries and languages, with each market’s regulations built in.
The challenge
Every pharma client needs its own branded program, its own content approvals and its own market rules, for both patients and healthcare professionals. Building each program from scratch is slow, expensive and multiplies compliance risk. Our client needed to launch new programs quickly without compromising on privacy, security or regulation.
What we built
- A white-label platform. Each pharma brand gets its own branded program on shared, governed foundations, so a new program is configured rather than rebuilt.
- Patient support systems. Registration and eligibility, condition-specific personalisation, journey assignment and scheduling, nurse case management, and outcomes reporting.
- HCP support systems. Verified healthcare professional access, audience gating, and program enrolment and resources for prescribers.
- Market-by-market configuration. Languages, legal and consent copy, promotional rules and approval workflows set per country.
- Safety and consent. Adverse event reporting pathways, and consent and preference management.
- Release confidence. Staged testing and user acceptance before every production release, aligned to medical, legal and regulatory review.
Why it matters
- One security and compliance baseline, reviewed once and reused for every pharma client.
- Each pharma brand gets a program that looks and feels like its own.
Privacy and security
Each program’s patient data is kept separate, test environments never use real patient data, and every access to patient records is role-based and audited. Pharma vendor security reviews start from evidence: Lew Innovation is ISO 27001 certified and SOC 2 Type II attested.
